The spot mode has a defined hot spot but also decent spill. You can light up a deer at 200 yards and still see your feet. That’s rare for a light this size. The worklight mode is floody with no hole in the middle.

Doesn’t get too hot to touch
Used it as a backup light during a basement flood cleanup. Got splashed, wiped it off, kept working. The battery lasted through the whole pump setup process. Very relieved it didn’t short out.

Handle doubles as a helmet hanger
I’m a plumber and this lives under my van seat. The rubber coating means it doesn’t slip off greasy pipes. The beam is wide enough to see a whole water heater closet without moving the light much.

USB-C fast charging is a huge win
Used it in a dusty attic blowing insulation everywhere. The fan is sealed or something because no dust got inside the lens. Wiped the outside and it looked new. The vents are well placed.

Stood in a puddle and kept running
This has replaced my headlamp for most jobs because I hate the strap. I just set it on the floor or hang it. The wide foot keeps it from tipping over even on sloped driveways.
