This foil is sturdy enough to make disposable lids for pots and pans when I've lost the original. It's a great temporary fix that works surprisingly well.

The foil is strong enough to make a quick, disposable "bowl" for mixing small amounts of epoxy or super glue for crafts and repairs.

I use it to make a custom-shaped barrier when I'm spray-painting small items. It's easy to bend into a protective shield that contains the overspray much better than newspaper.

I use it to cover the metal racks in my refrigerator when I'm defrosting meat. It catches any drips and prevents cross-contamination.

I use it to create a barrier between different layers of food in a lunchbox, like between a sandwich and a wet salad. It's more rigid than parchment.
