Used this for low-and-slow spare ribs. Held 250°F for 4 hours without touching the vents. Nice thin blue smoke the whole time. Ribs were competition-worthy.

My only complaint is the bag size options. I’d buy a 40-pounder if they made it. The 20-pound bag is great but goes fast when you grill as much as I do.
