I wish this model had electric start for times when my shoulder acts up. The recoil start isn't hard but sometimes I'd love to just push a button. Something to consider for anyone with physical limitations.
Oil changes are simple with the drain hose. The spark plug is easy to access. Air filter cleans up easily. I'm not mechanically inclined but I can handle the basic maintenance on this without trouble.
When hurricane season hits, I'm ready. This generator keeps my fridge, freezer, and a few lights running during outages. It's small enough to store in the garage when not in use. Essential prep for any homeowner.
The casing feels durable and the components are solid. Everything fits together nicely and the control panel is laid out well. The outlets have rubber covers to keep dirt out. Feels like it will last for years.
I have the dual fuel version and run it on propane mostly. It powers my RV rooftop AC with a soft start installed. Pulls about 1450 watts running and handles the startup surge fine. Finally can camp comfortably in hot weather.
