We've had this car for over a month and it's been heavily used. The tires show minimal wear, and the body still looks new. The charging port is well-protected and the battery hasn't lost capacity. The drift performance is consistent – no glitches or stuttering. Very reliable and well-engineered.
I purchased this for my grandson's birthday and he was ecstatic. He immediately started drifting around the dining room table. The car is fast enough to be exciting but not so fast that it's uncontrollable. The battery lasts long enough for several intense races. I'm considering buying one for myself too!
I bought two of these so my kids could race each other. They have different frequencies, so no interference. The drifting adds a whole new dimension to racing – they have to master throttle control and steering to win. It's been a hit at playdates. The cars are lightweight but feel well-constructed.
I love that this car works on both smooth and carpeted surfaces. On carpet, it drifts a bit differently but still handles well. My son uses it in the basement on our low-pile carpet and it performs admirably. The wheels don't pick up much hair or dust either. A very versatile little machine.
The drift function is so cool – you can do 180s and 360s with ease. My son loves showing off to his friends. The car is responsive and the steering is precise. The battery charges in about 40 minutes and gives a solid 20+ minutes of play. We've had it for two months and it's still going strong.
