I’ve made chicken wings three times now, and each batch has been perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside. No shaking, no flipping halfway through. The convection fan is powerful and well-placed.
The door feels solid and has a smooth hinge action. It doesn’t slam shut or feel floppy. The glass front stays cooler than I expected, though the top and back do get hot, so don’t shove it against a wall.
Reheating pizza used to be a sad experience — microwave makes it soggy, oven takes forever. The Ninja’s reheat function uses low convection to warm it through while keeping the crust crispy. Honestly better than the original.
This oven cooks more evenly than any countertop oven I’ve owned. I tested it with a batch of cookies — all 12 came out the same color, no dark spots near the back or light spots near the front. The convection really works.
Toast comes out perfectly golden brown every single time. I’ve tried so many toaster ovens that burn the edges or leave the middle pale. This one uses its powerful convection fan to toast evenly from edge to edge. My bagels have never looked better.
