For a ceramic heater, this is very quiet. On low fan speed, it's barely a whisper. On high, you can hear it, but it's not annoying. I sleep with it in my bedroom without any trouble.

Very quiet for a ceramic heater
The electronic thermostat lets me set an exact temperature between 40 and 90 degrees. The heater maintains that temp automatically, cycling on and off as needed. Much better than low/medium/high switches.

Assembly was literally just taking it out of the box. No tools required. I plugged it in, set the temperature, and it started warming up immediately. The controls are very intuitive.
