The tilt-head design gives me so much clearance. I can add ingredients from a tall measuring cup without removing the bowl. The head stays up firmly until I push it back down. Great engineering.

Finally Retired My Hand Mixer for Good
Perfect for small batch baking. I live alone and don't need to make four dozen cookies. This mixer does one dozen perfectly. The bowl is easy to pour batter from, and it's dishwasher safe.
