Effective, but gives me an uncomfortably dry mouth and slight thirst all day. I have to drink water constantly. A common side effect, but an annoying one.

Good, But Prefer Allegra
It works, but I find Allegra (fexofenadine) works just as well without any drowsiness or side effects for me. I'll use this in a pinch, but it's not my first choice.
