The orange flavor is so good my children try to steal them! I have to hide the bottle. Works wonderfully for me, but the "candy" appeal could be dangerous for little ones. Be vigilant!

Tasty But Sticky
The flavor is great and they seem to work. However, the gummies are VERY sticky and leave a residue on your teeth. You must brush after eating them. The jar also becomes a sticky mess.

No More Sweet Powder
I hated the overly sweet, gritty drink. These are a dry, chewy alternative. They get the job done without the sickly-sweet beverage. My preferred form of Metamucil now.
